Refund and Returns Policy

1. Inspection Period

You must inspect all industrial products immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within [5–10 business days] of receipt.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Item: We will replace or refund (including shipping) after verification.

  • Non-Defective / Change of Mind: Accepted within [14–30 days] of delivery, subject to:

    • Product is unused, in original packaging, and resalable.

    • Customer pays return shipping and a [15–25%] restocking fee.

  • Custom or Non-Stock Items (e.g., special cuts, made-to-order parts): Final sale. Not returnable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened chemicals, lubricants, or hazardous materials.

  • Cut wire, hose, belt, or any material cut to length.

  • Electrical components that have been installed.

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

4. Refund Process

  • Contact us at [Insert Email] with your order number and photos (if damage/defect).

  • We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7–14 business days] after we receive and inspect the return.

5. Shipping Damage

  • Keep all original packaging.
