Refund and Returns Policy

1. Inspection Period
You must inspect all industrial products immediately upon delivery. Claims for damage, defect, or shortage must be reported within [5–10 business days] of receipt.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Defective or Incorrect Item: We will replace or refund (including shipping) after verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened chemicals, lubricants, or hazardous materials.

Cut wire, hose, belt, or any material cut to length.

Electrical components that have been installed.

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
4. Refund Process

Contact us with your order number and photos (if damage/defect).

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will be refused.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7–14 business days] after we receive and inspect the return.
5. Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged:

Note damage on carrier’s delivery receipt.

Keep all original packaging.

Contact us within [48–72 hours].
